El Test "Dos Personas", su utilización en la detección de vulnerabilidad somática. Estudio de las pautas gráficas y verbales / The Two Persons test: its application in the detection of somatic vulnerability. Study of graphic and verbal indicators

En la intención de continuar explorando la utilización de las técnicas proyectivas gráficas de diagnóstico en la detección y comprensión de la organización psíquica del sujeto con trastornos somáticos, se implementa el Test "Dos Personas", originalmente creado para evaluar el vínculo de pareja internalizado. Por la estructura de la técnica (gráfico­verbal) ponemos, ahora, a prueba su aplicación para la captación de las particularidades de la imagen corporal y de la mentalización, aspectos decisivos en la organización psíquica del sujeto vulnerable somático. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en 100 sujetos de 25 a 35 años con afecciones somáticas. Con un diseño exploratorio descriptivo se investigan las características del grafismo y del relato de estos sujetos, comparándolos con un grupo equivalente sin afecciones somáticas. Se siguió una metodología cuali­cuantitativa en función de categorías de análisis predeterminadas relevantes en la metapsicología psicosomática. Se arriba a resultados concordantes con la teoría psicosomática psicodinámica.(AU)

In order to continue exploring the use of projective graphic diagnostic techniques in the detection and understanding of the psychic organization in individuals with somatic disorders, the present study looks into the application of the "Two Persons" Test, originally created to evaluate the internalized couple bond. Taking into account the structure of the technique (graphic­verbal) this investigation now tests the applicability of the test to capture particularities of body image and mentalization, decisive aspects in the vulnerable psychic organization of somatic individuals. Results were obtained from a sample of 100 individuals aged 25 to 35 years old with somatic afflictions. A descriptive exploratory design is applied to investigate the characteristics of the graphics and the narrative of these individuals, comparing them with those of an equivalent group without somatic afflictions. A qualitative quantitative methodology was privileged in accordance with predetermined categories of analysis relevant in psychosomatic metapsychology. The results are consistent with the psychodynamic psychosomatic theory.(AU)

El fenómeno psicosomático a la luz de las técnicas proyectivas gráficas: proyecto de investigación: test "Dos personas" en adultos con afecciones somáticas / The psychosomatic phenomenon from the standpoint of graphic projective techniques: research project: test "Two persons" applied to adults with somatic conditions

Partiendo de algunas consideraciones epistemo-metodológicas vinculadas con las técnicas proyectivas (en adelante TP) en general, a las TP gráficas en particular y a la noción de indicador en TP, se presenta un proyecto de investigación que se propone analizar las pautas gráficas y verbales en el test "Dos Personas" (Bernstein, 1964) de sujetos adultos de 25 a 35 años con afecciones somáticas. La misma se inscribe en una línea de investigación anterior dirigida a detectar, a partir de técnicas de evaluación psicológica, las características del funcionamiento psíquico de niños y adultos con vulnerabilidad somática. En éste artículo se presenta el marco teórico que sostiene la investigación, se fundamenta la elección de la técnica "Dos personas", se enuncian los objetivos generales y específicos, el diseño de investigación y los resultados que se esperan alcanzar. Por último, se discuten los alcances y limitaciones del estudio y el valor diagnóstico de sus resultados.

On the basis of epistemic methodological considerations linked to projective techniques (PT) in general, and graphic PT in particular, as well as to the notion of indicator in PT, this research project aims to analyze the graphic and verbal guidelines in the test "Two people" (Bernstein, 1964) of adult 25 to 36 year old individuals with somatic conditions. The research is embedded in a previous course of research aimed at detecting, by means of psychological assessment techniques, the traits of psychological functioning in children and adults manifesting somatic vulnerability,. This article presents the theoretical framework of the research, fundaments the choice of the technique "Two people", states the general and specific objectives, the research design and expected results. Finally, the scope and limitations of the study are discussed as well as its diagnostic value.
